INOVYS
Inovys develops semiconductor test systems that focus on structural testing methodologies for manufacturing defects in a broad spectrum of semiconductor products that incorporate design-for-testability structures on the chip. The test system consists of proprietary hardware and software that is directly compatible with IEEE 1450 (Standard Test Interface Language - STIL) standards. The company expects to change the economics of semiconductor production tests, and believes its approach will also offer revolutionary benefits in time-to-market for major semiconductor manufacturers.

nDSP CORPORATION
nDSP Corporation acquired by Pixelworks, Inc. in January 2002.

PRIMAXX, INC.
Primaxx develops, manufactures and markets capital equipment that enables the deposition of complex thin films for the electronics and semiconductor industries. The company primarily targets the markets for integrated circuits, flat panels, (including LCD, projection systems and image sensors), MEMS and future generations of fuel cells. Primaxx believes its proprietary deposition and etch technologies are positioned to address thin films and wafer structures for a variety of next generation applications and markets.

QUANTUM 3D
Quantum3D designs, markets and manufactures solutions for the advanced visual computing marketplace. The company's "Affordable Reality" solutions include real-time 3D graphics systems for PC-based visual simulation and training and embedded visual computing.

RAPPORT, INCORPORATED
Rapport has developed a next-generation, low-cost multiprocessor chip that can be dynamically configured for compute-intensive applications at low power, thereby addressing high-growth, feature-rich markets..

SIONEX CORPORATION
Sionex is developing a chemical spectrometer on-a-chip technology that it expects will be very small, portable and capable of identifying and quantifying chemicals at part-per-million and lower concentrations. Sionex believes that its technology will have a significant competitive advantage in its target markets, which include the detection of explosives and chemical warfare agents, and process monitoring applications.
